thanks for choosing health care magic.First of all if you need to get your self examined for blood pressure and heart related things by your doctor.First take care of this.Other causes could be some muscular pain or acid problem .Apply some local analgesic over it in any case it is not going cause any more problem.Take some analgesics but do not forget to see your doctor.
