Severe constipation, had flatus and clear discharge on trying to pass stools, take healthy diet. Cause?

I m 15, and recently I ve been having constipation and such. My diet consists of a lot of fruits and vegetables as well as milk. Earlier today I used the rest room at lunch, and I passed gas slightly and there was a small amount of clear discharge . I m female, not on my period, and very worried. My bowel movements have always been irregular, but this has just started as of late.

Younneed not be worried about the white discharge as it sounds like it was mucous discharge which is not a worrysone feature.
For your constipation I would suggest you get a thyroid function test done . In case this is normal I would suggest a fibre supplement like psyllium husk to help you with your constipation. Please consult your doctor regarding this
Hope this helps
