Sever Constipation, Get Stools With Laxatives, Taking Lansaprazole. Suggestion?
hello. i never go to the toilet altho i have the mild call to go. when i try to use toilet i always fail. i took ex lax last week for the first time for a few days and did manage to go altho it wasnt as much as i thort it would be, however i felt better for it. im back to normal now where im not going at all again. i take lansaprazole daily for my stomach acid

take rich fibrous diet & salad.
drink excess water. consult your physician to rule out any other cause .
