Right thumb hurt, numb. Could it be a fracture?

Hi if ell off my bike on Monday I landed hands down my right hand went numb but then I could move it. So I just went 2 work. My wrist hurts when I bend it back & lean on it. I went to see the nurse on Friday and she said that I hadn t done nothing just a bot bruised. The pain seems to be getting worse so I may have done more maybe??

If you can move your thumb easily in all directions then most probably its not fractured however with fall by putting pressure on your hand there are chances that you might have damaged you tendon or joint capsule or any of its ligament and nerve also which causes numbness. It is recommended to have an x-ray. NSAIDs like diclofenic will help you through the pain
