Pregnant, Ferritin And B12 Level Low. Using Folic Acid, Miprogen. Will It Affect Baby's Growth?

hi sir, i m 8 week pregnent.
Actually before pregnency, during one blood test, my ferritin & B12 level found low....ferrritn was 9....doctor advised to start rb tone, limcee & biscosul....i have taken these supleements for almost 3 months....after that i concieved & went for check up to gynec....he prescribed folic acid & miprogen200...& told to discontinue rb tone,limcee & bicosule.....if i have low ferritin , will it affect my baby growth?....should i again continue rb tone?

Thanks for your query.
Right now, you should consult a gynecologist and have your recent blood tests done.
They should include hemoglobin, repeat ferritin, MCH, MCHC, MCV etc.
Continue taking the haematinics and vitamin C during pregnancy.
Iron and calcium supplements are am ust during pregnancy.
Low hemoglobin will affect the pregnancy if you do not treat it
