Hi,
If you could please mention the name of your medication it would really help, you've probably been prescribed an anti-nausea medication.
The lifestyle changes you could make are-
-drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated
-stay away from obvious nausea triggers that you've identified
-get plenty of fresh air
-ginger supplements have been known to help some women with nausea, so you can try that
Also if your vomiting alot, to the point that you feel dehydrated, please tell your physician about that as soon as possible
I hope this helps
