Pain In The Shoulders Radiating To The Breasts And Arms. Getting Sharp Pain In The Body. Need To See A Rheumatologist?
Hi there, for the last few weeks I have been getting pain in my shoulders which radiate to my breasts, arms, pelvic region and legs. My shoulders and underarms are excruciating to touch. I have been getting sharp stabbing pains all over my body especially all joints. These are so severe that I am unable to sleep with them. I have very visible blue veins on my breasts, arms and legs. My doctor has prescribed some pain killers and is making a referral to see a rheumatologist. I am so worried so any help you can provide would be most appreciated. Naz
Hello. Thanks for writing to us. The symptoms that you have are likely to be due to a frozen shoulder or tendonitis in the area. Injury to the shoulder joint is also likely. You need to consult an orthopedician and get an MRI done for diagnosis. I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. Regards, Dr. Praveen Tayal , drtayal72@gmail.com
