Hello and welcome to HCM,

Ringing sounds in the ear is called tinnitus.
The inner ear is concerned with hearing as well as maintaining equilibrium of the body.
Any infection, inflammation, trauma, or any other pathological process can lead to abnormalities like tinnitus, vertigo, and other hearing problems.
You need to consult an ENT specialist for complete examination and investigations of the inner ear.
The light-headedness also may be due to problem in the inner ear.
Sensitivity to light occurs due to involvement of conjunctiva, cornea, increased intra-ocular pressure, or inflammation of the uveal tract.
Clinical examination of the ocular structures is required to find out the cause of sensitivity to light.
Consult an ophthalmologist for this problem.

Thanks and take care
