Nausea, Vomiting, Diagnosed As Food Poisoning. Pregnancy Test Positive. Symptoms Of Pregnancy?
my girlfriend and I have been together for like 2 months, throughout that period she s been throwing up and puking claiming she probably had food poison. aside that she s been acting really weird n stuff so I asked her why she has changed and she says she just found out she was pregnant. Now my question is do you think she already knew she was considering the fact that she has had a kid before?

It is difficult to assess without a physical examination regarding when she conceived and since when did she know it. You can go for an ultrasound scan to know the exact date since when she is carrying the baby.
