Lump On Left Tricep, Left Side Of Chest, Swollen Left Buttock. Emergency Situation?

I have a lump that seems to be on my left tricep and the left side of my chest has swelled and my left buttock has swelled. I have a dr appt for it tomorrow, but the left buttock swelling happened over a few hours today. I am considering going to the Er. I was wanting to know if this could be serious enough to go to the ER now.
