Hello ma'am.

Please start by ruling out pregnancy. It would have helped if you would have provided your sexual status as well, but either way, I would rrquest you to conduct a home pregnancy test using an early morning urine sample and to be conducted at least 2 weeks after your last sexual encounter (if any).

Once pregnancy has been ruled out, you will habe to visit your doctor for a urine culture examination and a vaginal swab test.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
