Lightheaded, Dizzy, Have Headache, Loose Bowels, Breasts Sensitive, Look Pregnant. Am I?

I'm very curious of what your opinion is.
I have been pregnant a few times before but only one child. For some odd reason I blow up and look pregnant immediately. Also during intercourse I had the pinkish brown spotting, wiped right after and nothing. Instead of constipation its the opposite. The past two days I've been really sick with being light headed, being dizzy, and having a slight headache. I can't say much about my breasts besides my nipples are more sensitive.
I am not due for another week and a half. Should I he concerned I'm pregnant?

Hi, welcome to healthcare magic.
The symptoms you mention and much more are non specific and not sufficient to diagnose pregnancy. Also using pills or delayed menstruation may cause the same symptoms.
To diagnose pregnancy you should first miss your period then confirm by a blood test, followed by ultrasound examination at the proper time.
My advice is to have a blood test after missing your period and if positive, have a transvaginal ultrasound done to diagnose or exclude pregnancy.
If these symptoms persisit I recommend visiting an internist.

The symptoms that you are having are suggestive of pregnancy but these symptoms should not appear for another week. Right now it is too early to have any symptoms of pregnancy. You can do a urine test once your periods are overdue by 5 days.
