Is There Any Side Effect Of Finaseeride Tablets?

hello doctor,my name is rohit and last three months i have been using FINASTERIDE tablets last three months for hair loss but i think thr is a side effect my is lees quantity before using it.is there b side effect of finaseeride tablets, plz doctor sugggst me

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain Finesteride is given in case of Male pattern baldness in which there is hairloss caused due to sensitivity of hair follicles to androgenic hormones and the hormones damages the hair follicles and lead to hair loss..
Finesteride can lead to suppression of the androgenic hormones and can lead to reduced hair loss..
It has a side effect that is temporary loss of libido [sexual desire] and prevails only till the medication is taken and gets resolved when the intake is stopped..
It is not seem to cause any ther serious side effect..
In case if you are sexually active you might have problem with it otherwise not..
Along with it taking multivitamin supplements an also applying Minoxidil lotion over the scalp can help in reducing hair fall..
