sir/mam i have been using Finasteride since last 1 year for hair treatment app 1mg per day and I stop taking treatment now since one year passed and am feeling my sperm quantity has been reduced after treatement .I am little worried about side effects. during treatement and future side effects .Please suggest if there are any side effects of Finasteride and any preventive measures ????...

Your concern about decrease in sperm quantity is a well known side effect of finasteride.Do not worry unless it affects your normal sexual function .
If there is decrease in libido and sexual function ,you will have to stop the medication. Please consult your physician if you have any of these symptoms.
