Is Muscle Weakness, Fatigue And Lightheaded Feelings Normal During Third Trimester?

Hi - I m 35 weeks pregnant on Clexane 40 per day because of previous late miscarriage due to Antithrombin 3 deficiency. I have been feeling great whole pregnancy except for past few days. Muscle weakness, fatigue, light headed - have had my blood pressue and iron levels checked - all normal. Could this be something to worrry about or just normal third trimester symptoms.

IF REST EVERYTHING INCLUDING YOUR PLATELET COUNT, BLOOD PRESSURE HAEMOGLOBIN, BABY IS NORMAL, YOU NEED NOT WORRY. BUT REMAIN IN CONTINUOS TOUCH WITH YOUR DOCTOR. STOP CLEXANE AS SOON AS YOU FEEL ANY SYMPTOM OF LABOUR AND IMMEDIATELY CONTACT YOUR DOCTOR.

It is common in third trimester so just take your iron and calcium tablets along with rest and you will be fine soon
