Is It Safe To Take Losartan Potassium And Oxyelite Pro Together?
I m on Losartan Potassium and would like to take Oxyelite Pro (supplement & thermogenic). Would it be a safe combination without losing / counteracting on the efficacy of the ARB? I understand that Losartan slows my heart pump / rate...while the Oxyelite Pro (with Caffiene) increases heart rate. Thanks

Hi,
Although there is documented harmful interactions between Losartan potassium and 'super thermogenic' Oxyelite-Pro however it is not advisable to take these two together.
There are cases of liver damage including fatal liver failure with the use of this 'super thermogenic' pills and the fact at these pills also contain an antidepressant fluoxetine the use of which may cause sleep disturbances, sexual dysfunction and seizures.
FDA has actually banned this drug. So, in view of the above it is not safe to take Oxyelite Pro together.
