is it safe, to push gently, a bowel movement after a surgical abortion? i didn t make a bm for 6 days after finding out i was pregnant because i guess i got constipated. Since the abortion, which i had yesterday, i have gone when my stomach starts to hurt and it s been okay but i ve been worried if its safe to bear down. i just ate my first rich meal in days. i lost my appetite and rarely ate. tonight i got sick and had diarrhea and it wasn t hard to get out. but now i m worried about when i have to go again and it s solid.
