Is It Possible For A Human Being To Miss His Coccyx ?

Hi there im posting this for a friend as hes alittle confused his 9year old son has just been diagnosed with a missing Coccyx is it possible that this is the reason why he is still not toilet trained. I understand this bone helps with with pelvic floor muscles but accationally he says he knows he needs the loo, he also has a poo problem where he will soil himself hes doing somthing he seems taken up in like computergames thanks

absence of it probably not related to toilet training
please get a check up to rule out any neurological deficit
