Is It Normal To Have Increased Heart Beat After Kidney Transplant Surgery?

I've recently undergone Kidney Transplant Surgery, about 60 days age.... These days I am noticing that when I lay down in bed of at least 5 to 10 seconds I've noticed the acceleration of my heart beat.... then after it is normal... I measure my blood pressure 4 times a day....and mostly it is 120/80. Is this symptom serious??? Please tell the remedy for it...
