Is Chest Tightness, Headache, And Toothache Related To Anemia?

I've been recently told I was anemic. I'm having chest tightness and headaches along with some toothaches....are these related to the anemia? I've been taking about 400mg of ferrous sulfate daily for 4 days. I'm under a decent amount of stress and am concerned about the weight this may carry on my issues.

dear,
well as various body systems are interwined with each other its very rare to find a classic symptom profile for any particular condition, especially complaints like headache and chest tightness can have varied etiologies.
in your case, the major problem that needs immediate attention is perhaps anemia. Here i may require an excat estimate of your hoemoglobin to make further remarks on its severity. However a regular supplement of ferrous sulphate as in your case, would be all that is required, provided regular complete blood hemogram to be repeated atleast weekly for initial month.
secondly comes the complain of chest tightedness, which could as well be a result of increased fatigue as commonly ossociated with anemia. Here I advice you a chest x-ray or if affoardability isnt an issue, in that case a further advanced investigation like pulmonary function test can be done.
For headache, it well could be a part of the same syndrome and should subside once the underlying anemia is corrected, unless it is a migraine.
in migraine it has a very peculiar presentation. For which ill need to know the pattern of its distribution, nature of pain and precipitating factors and duration.
symptomatic treatment would be tab paracetamol 500 as needed, but not more than three tabs per day and atleast 3 hrs gap between two tabs.
let me know the results of the tests and detailed descriptio would further help.
thanks
