Is A Surgery Required To Treat Posterior Subserous Myoma Nodule?
hi, am 27yrs old and i just had a transvaginal ultrasound and in the result it shows that i have a posterior subserous myoma nodule measuring 1.65x1.49x1.49 cm.. do i need a surgery or if it can cure by medication. what are the cause for these myoma? Thanks for your advice.

I think that this is a very small sized myoma and this can be cured with medication, or at least a trial may be done to cure it with medicines. If it fails then surgery is the only option.
