I have felt bad for about a week maybe two. I have had a very bad headache and am weak and always tired sometimes when I stand or walk I get light headed and everything is kinda in tunnel vision you could say. The week before I had some drooping on the right side of my face and had a bit of tightness in my chest and arm . That stoped but everything elce is still happening. I am a 32 year old female
