Hi, I want to know whether Appendix pain is permanent or temporary ? And is it necessary to do operation if once appendix pain is started? Kindly reply soon.

If it is acute appendicitis, operation might be necessary. It dependon the investigation findings. Sometimes it can be controlled with medications also.
