My doctor said that I have too much dryness in my eyes. I wanted to know the reason and solution to overcome this problem.

This is mainly seen nowadays due to excess use of computers. This can be brought down by avoiding constant glaring at the screen. Also you should take frequent breaks while at work. This will ensure that your eyes are lubricated well.

Take good care of you eyes like wearing goggles and also try flapping your eyes every now and then with effort. Use antiglare glasses if you work on computers. Do check your vision.
