I Have Lower Left Abdominal Pain And I Have Blood In Urine

Lower left abdominal pain to throwing up for a few days now brown discharge. For the last year I have had what were thought to be reoccurring UTI s. Half the doctor s said it was my kidney s and half say its something with my bladder . After several test, they couldn t figure out why I was losing so much blood in urine . They put me on a long term antibiotic that seemed to do the trick. For the last three months, I have been off my antibiotics and I have felt back to normal with no signs of hematuria . Two weeks ago I got my period two or three days later than usual. Not a big deal. Started on a Wednesday night and was pretty well done by Saturday. Started on my bcp on Sunday. Tuesday night I had a sharp pain and all of a sudden there was blood everywhere. It was like starting my period all over again. It only last the night. About 5 days later, I noticed tiny, tiny black spots in my discharge. I ve never seen that before. That lasted about a day or two. On Tuesday, while driving, I started to get a very sharp pain in my lower abdominal. About two inches down and to the left on my belly button. I finally got the pain to go away, but about 5 mins later I started throwing up. I ve been throwing up the last two days. I feel like I have flu (only small faint cramps). I felt better this afternoon but just now noticed that my discharge is a dark brown. I have no idea what is going on but I feel miserable. Any ideas? (BTW, I m 24, married, on bcp, have never missed any period, all pregnancy test are negative)

Hello,
I think you should get a pelvic examination by a gynaecologist. You should also get an ultrasound done.Vomitting is not a symptoms that you normally get with menstrual problems. It usually indicates GI tract. An abdominal examination should also be done for lumps etc.One can only get a better idea after some tests are done.If you have no hematuria then that rules out the Urinary system. In extreme cases you might require a D&C if there is no pathology on the ultrasound.
