Are you using the computer a lot. Those who use computer a lot tend to develop dry eyes and also decreased sleep. It would be best to avoid use of computer and late hours at night. Get around 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Limit your use of computer. Do mild eye exercises to help in relief and moisturisation. Drink plenty of water. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Avoid junk food, much coffee, colas, smoking and alcohol. Consult an Ophthalmologist to get evaluated for dry eye as well.
