I am suffering from chronic urticaria for last 2-3 years. Without Cetrizine i get this more

Sir, i am suffering from chronic urticaria for last 2-3 years.i m taking 1/2 tab of Cetrizine 10 mg in 2-3 days gap. After taking cetrizine i get releave but when i stop it my Urticaria with burning sensation, itch, and redness gets prompted. This occurs at any part of my body.Pl advise.

urticaria may be due to certain foods so observe what u eat.
i will advice to avoid sweet things they trigger iching.
drink plenty of water. apply coconut oil after bath. consult a homoeopath.
homoeopathic has a very good treatment in it.

i would better advice u to get your IgE levels checked in a near by lab..u need to prevent the cause rather than taking the medications all through your get a blood allergy test done..know what causes it and prevent it..if you put up in bangalore u can get it done at asian diagnostics opp to vani vilas hospital..thats the only centre in karnataka..

First u have to find out for what ur allergic to, urticaria will get triggered by specific substance, u can get allergic test done to know wat ur allergic to and u have to avoid that particle.
Apply calamine or any body lotion. See a good skin doctor for further treatment.

Thanks for query,
You should find out the cause of allergy.
You observe that after any particular type of food you get urticaria,avoid that food.By trial and error you will find out which food gives you urticaria.
Certain pollen body can produce this complain.
If you have warm infestation,it may give you urticaria.
Go for stool test for ova and cyst.
Take less salt,sour thing.
