Neurologist 's  Response
Hello,
The severe headache and the nausea are indicators that she had severe injury. Since she has injured blood vessel also, so i would recommend visit to a doctor to see if everything is alright. There is a possibility of underlying fracture and/or concussion. Doctor can evaluate her and decide whether further testing like scan is required or not at the moment. Apart from that general analgesic medications should help.
Good luck.
