What Causes Numbness In The Eye Ball After A Facial Injury?

My eyeball is numb. I had several facial fractures from a fall 3 months ago. Included orbital floor fracture and maxillary fracture. The eye doesn t blink completely closed. Will the feeling come back to my eye? What are the dangers to this problem? Thanks, Kayla

due to facial injury it has effected facial nerve and effected ocular muscle functioning which need to be examined. get examined by neurologist to asses nerve injury dueto orbital injury and advise treatment. may be surgery required.
