Hello and welcome to HCM,
The raised levels of SGOT, SGPT and alkaline phosphate suggests liver disease process affecting the hepatocytes (liver cells) and bile conducting channels (hepatic duct and common bile duct).
There is probably some obstruction in the bile conducting channels.
You need to get an ultrasound abdomen done to look for any obstruction.
If there is evidence of obstruction which can due to stones, etc it has to be managed.
Alcohol also causes damage to hepatocytes and elevated alkaline phosphatase.
Is there any history of alcohol consumption.
If yes it has to be discontinued.
Further management can be done once diagnosis of the problem is made.
The management plan has to be decided by your physician and obstetrician keeping in view your pregnancy status.

Thanks and take care
