yes i been up sneezing strong headach what do i do?

Hello. thanks for asking form HCM.

I can understand your concern. The sneezing, running nose, headache suggest "upper respiratory tract infection".

It can be treated by

: Avoid cold environment, food and beverages
: Steam inhalation 3-4times daily
: Nasal drops of warm saline 3-4 times daily.
: Drink hot beverages
: You can take combination of Cetrizine/Paracetamol/Xylometazoline after proper prescription. It will stop your running nose and relieve headache
: You can take antibiotic like Co-amoxyclav after proper prescription.

If still no relief, you can consult doctor.
