How To Interpret USG Report During Pregnancy?

Hi, i m 21 weeks 2 days pregnancy. My usg report is f.l 3.5 cm.
B.p.d. is 5.2 cm
H.c. 19.1 cm
A.c. 16.1 cm
Fhr 156 bpm
Foetal weight 424 gms +10% gms

Placenta is fundo anterior do not extended to lower uterine segment. Placenta
is grade (ll) type
Liquor is adequate

According to the reports fetal age is 21 weeks 2 days.
Maturity parameters are not mentioned in respect of weeks.You can ask your radiologist to mention fetal maturity parameters like BPD,FL,HC,AC in respect of weeks.
Rest of the findings are normal.
Liquor is adequate in amount.
Fetal heart rate is 156 beats/min.It is normal.
Placenta is fundo anterior in position and do not extended to lower uterine segment with grade (ll) type
