How To Cure Shingles?
My 90 year old uncle had shingles. For over 7 months he's been given atarax, atavan and neurontin. He was never an amiable man, but he's verbally abusive, angry, confused, and his memory is sporadic. I'm concerned that the medicines may not be an optimum choice for him.

As he is having multiple symptoms along with shingles, these drugs cover wide ranges of symptoms.
Atarax was prescribed mainly control itching caused by the herpes zooster, As he is very much angry and abusive atavan is used in the treatment of anxiety and it relief the symptoms of anxiety.
Similarly, Neurontinis indicated for the management of postherpetic neuralgia.
All these medicines are required to him for all the symptoms he is having.
