Hi,
welcome to health care magic forum,
eosinophillia in blood shows that you are having some kind of allergy, so as you have mentioned that you are having cough, so this may be due to some allergens for ex dust, smoke, pollens etc.
and we think that you also may be having other symptoms too with cough such as sneezing, any discharge through nose, recurrent cough and cold, so for all these conditions it is better that you should take Homeopathic medication as it will cure all your symptoms with out any side effects and will bring down your eosinophillia count too.

Your allergic disorder need build immunity using herbal preparation you need some immunity enhancer ,Try some home remedies :Tea prepared from aniseed and holy basil. Drink it regularly once or twice in a day. It is a good natural remedy for cough. Honey and grape juice is also beneficial in reducing cough. Or drink warm milk with a pinch of turmeric powder; it is an effective cough remedy.
Your Eosinophil count will become normal once your cough is cured.Try Bringaraj asava, with zinc bhasma mixed with

Hi, welcome to healthcaremagic
Eosinophils are type of blood cell which increase when body has some kind of allergic disorder . In your case this count is too high, that means u are highly allergic, when u are exposed to allergy causing object or environment u start getting symptoms of sneezing, mucus production and that mucus causes blockage in your nose & respiratory passages. This can be allergic Rhinitis, sinusitis or bronchitis so be watchful for allergy causing objects either food items or dust, smoke, etc and try to avoid them
Consult to ENT specialist or a homoeopath your problem will be solved .
