How Is Someone Able To Pass A Drug Test When She Is HIV, Does Drugs, IV Drugs, Smokes And Etc, But Takes Marinol?

how is someone able to pass a drug test when she is HIV, does drugs, Iv dugs, smokes and etc, but takes Marinol and the CPS says she clean and she is laughing about it. How can I prove that the five yr old child is in harms way with mom doing drugs around her. and staying messed up most all the time.

How can I report this person to the right people to let them know also she shares needles and sex with allot and never tells them she has had HIV for 20 yrs.?

Dronabinol is also used to treat loss of appetite and weight loss in patients with HIV infection. Dronabinol (also called THC) is a man-made form of the active natural substance in marijuana. If she is using it, there is nothing harm in it, but in case of IV drug use, she has to give up. I think u have to inform everything to her family member directly, There is nothing harm in it. By this u would able to safe a 5 years old child. Also get testing of child to rule out HIV.
