Hi,

Immuno supressive drugs cannot be prescribed online. You have to attend follow up renal transplant clinic and get evaluated by your doctor before and take medications as recommended by them.

Coming to the matter of having sex with a stranger lady 5 months back, if you were having a condom and are not sure if it broke then you did the right thing by getting tridot test done. As tridot test is negative at 5 months, there is nothing much to worry. For peace of mind you can get HIV tridot test repeated at 6 months and again at one year from the incident. Even if there is a faint chance of seroconversion not taking place because of your post transplant immune status, at the end of one year almost all patients have seroconversion and a positive result on tridot HIV test should they have got the infection.
