Hello.welcome.It is excess cholesterol which has to be removed from your system.Exercises,reduced saturated fats in your diet,fresh fruits and vegetables and increased fiber reduces extra cholesterol.If these measures are not adequate then you have to take anti cholesterol medicines like statins.good luck.
