i am nigerian ,had miscarriage like 7 months back and did evacuation and since then being trying for a baby.i had series of tests like abdominopelvic uss and was told i had right ovarian cyst and later got treatment and had it disappear and later had hsg and told bilateral tubal blockage,any medical solution or advise

Well according to your reports it is clear that your tubes are blocked.
U can go in for a tubal recanalisation .but frankly speaking the recanalisation does not have high sucess rates.
U have not mentioned your age.
If u are above. 30 I suggest u go in for ivf and don't spend time in other procedures.byeee
