Heart Is Jumping Like Crazy, Has A Pacemaker In Heart. How To Solve This ?

I have a concern for my grandfather. His heart has been jumping around like crazy. They gave him some medicine at the hospital to slow his heart down. It did for a brief moment. It has spiked that I know of at 185. He has a pace maker in his heart. He has had a valve put in back in 2009. Is this dangerous for him to have his heart bouncing around like crazy?

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

The situation may not be so alarming / and is usually easy to tackle...

The parameters of his pacemaker will need adjustment / fine tuning.
His medicines may have to be changed or doses revised.

It is a question of time and follow up
Everything will be well...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
