Headache, Swollen Mouth, Tight Feeling In Chest. Allergy Tests Done, Normal. Reason?
I think I am sensitive to dairy produce. I get bad headache on right side of head and inside mouth feels swollen, tongue tingles, and act times I wake up chest feeling tight along with some mucus. I had a allergy blood test done. Nothing showed up. Should I go to a allergy clinic and just get tested for that. I tried lactose milk and soy, still does the same.

You did not provide any evidence to conclude that you are allergic to diary products. You tried lactose free milk and soy milk ; still you are getting the same symptoms.
