Hi,
Welcome to Health Care magic,
Thanks for your query.
If you have pain in the same area then get an xray done first and meet your orthopedic surgeon. You can apply Volini gel twice daily.Do not play badminton or tennis or any game which give jerks to your arm and do not lift heavy weight till you get an opinion from your surgeon.
Thanks
