How To Ease The Pain Of Tibia And Fibula?

broke my tibula and fibula back when i was 19..now im 40 and the site hurts when i walk lately and is very sore..there is a large bump where the break was,which has been there for years..i did not have any rods put in,i wore a plaster cast for 6 months up to my butt,then wore one up to my knee for 3 months...what do i do about the pain i am having now..and what could it be?

It seems that your fracture is not united yet. To guide you properly there is need to see your X-ray. Please get one done as soon as possible and share with your doctor for proper guidance.
