Hello
Well come to health care magic
Dear patient, as the pregnancy advances the growing uterus compresses the rectum and can cause constipation, so nothing to worry about it , how ever if it is too severe, then you should consult your gynecologist who will give you some stool softner or lexative that will releive your problem , more over this can be helped by taking high fiber diets, good fluid intake, by moving around and not lying on the bed round the clock and preferably try to lye down in lateral position than in supine position,
wish you good luck
thanks

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
From your history it seems that you have got absolute constipation giving rise to these problems.
At this time constipation is not advisable.
Take mild laxative like cremaffin after consulting your Obst.
Take plenty of water.
Take more green veggies and more fiber containing diet.
ok and bye.
