Hello ma'am and welcome.

Pregnancy needs to be adeauately ruled out with the help of a home pregnancy test to be conducted using an early morning urine sample at least 2 weeks from the 4th of September or visit a doctor for a serum pregnancy test.

Another possibility could be a hormonal imbalance, this will have to be ruled out by a doctor as it can be caused by various factors like stress, medications, infections, birth control, etc.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
