Have Light Bleeding. Brown Discharge. Have Pregnancy Symptoms. Bloating, Acid Reflux, Boobs Are Sore. Recommendations?

Hi I am 32 years old with a 30 day cycle. My period was 6 days late then I had some light bleeding the for 2 days. The second day it was brown, which was today. Before this I had been having all the pregnancy symptoms. Bloating, peeing alot, acid reflux, nausea, loose bm sometimes, constipation, hot flushes at night, headaches, boobs a little sore. Could I be pregnant? When do I need to test?

Hi,
In the current scenario, you should definitely test for pregnancy with a fresh early morning sample of urine. If your test results are ambiguous, you can either repeat the test after a couple of days or go for the serum beta-hCG estimation which gives a better confirmation. Your symptoms suggest very early pregnancy. This bleeding should be given a thought as implantation bleeding happens about 10-14 days after conception and this is a bit late for that. Please contact a gynecologist for further help. Hope this helps.
