Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
You have suffered Viral Hepatitis 5 year ago which is self limiting disease and not the cause for your ALT reading which is also only mildly raised,Your other test are with in normal limits but lipid profile there is Low level of HDL which is good component of cholesterol.
You are over weight for your height and there is good possibility of fatty liver which could be NAFLD if you do not take Alcohol.
You can get a Ultra sonography of upper abdomen to see condition of Liver.
Please take care of diet reducing fat intake along with less calories to lose weight and increase your exercise daily to burn calories.
Reduce Fat calories from diet to
This also improves level of HDL which should be >45 mg/dl.
There are few drugs for increasing HDL but not tolerated well if there is no improvement after 6 months and in spite of diet control and weight loss may be given a trial.
When you repeat Lipid profile just get Apo A,Apo B and LP(a). To see if there are other abnormalities as well.
Take care
Good Luck.

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

LDL Cholesterol is a bit high and HDL a little low / You need life stylr modifications like diet and exercise [see 'Services' section here]
ALT is higher / 3 or more times the upper limit is 'significant'... / it is unlikely from "A" - - long ago / could be from 'fatty liver' ; Alcohol? Medicines? / You need further test - ultrasound and so on
You have not stated your personal habits, family history or co-morbidities, even age, gender...
Need follow up...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
