Has Ultrasound Been Taken Too Early At 6weeks Of Pregnancy ?

my ultrasound reveals an intrauterine gestation and a gestational sac diameter of 12.4mm compatible with 6wks 0days but neither a yolk sac nor a fetal pole is identified.What could be wrong? or was the ultra sound too early?
i am 30yrs old, and weigh 179 pounds.i am 5ft 9inches and have intramural fibroids.

You should get serum HCG levels done from the lab which will help if the pregnacy is growing normal or not. After knowing tat you will need another ultasound.
