Hello,
PCOS with hypothyoroidism do lead to frustration in the person since you really have to work hard to get pregnant.
Your doctor is in right direction of treatment and you shall definitely get pregnant but for that you have to extremely patient as it may take lot of time.
But with determination and persistence, you shall definitely get successful.
Make sure that you are doing regular exercises,be in your normal range of BMI,eat healthy and take regular medication.
Last point which I would want to stress is to keep your thyroid status absolutely normal.
Your TSH values are still high and for successful conception make sure to keep your TSH levels below 2.
I hope it helps
Thanks
