Fibroid And Uterus Size Big. Undergone Blood Transfusion Because Of Blood Loss. Hysterectomy Is Advisable?
I have been told that I need a hysterectomy because I have a fibroid measuring 22cm and my uterus is the size of a 25 week pregnancy. I have recently had a blood transfusion because of blood loss. Is a hysterectomy my best option? Should I save the ovaries and cervix?

It depends on the doctor who is examining you because she has clear picture . in case she advises their removal ,she must be having the benefit in mind for their removal.
