General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Since you mentioned that there is negative tests for typhoid, malaria, T B , dengue.
E S R 43 mm of Hg, few doctor say that this is not specific ,but I don't agree .
As you are complaining that there is evening rise of temperature and pain in both legs ,including feeling of weakness.
In my opinion these type of symptoms may be due to ,
1 Hepatitis i.e. jaundice
2 Typhoid once again get in examination
3 Tuberculosis , although you are not complaining about cough , but evening rise of temperature is an indication of tuberculosis .
4 Tension fever I have seen in my many patients and call as ANXIETY FEVER.
In my opinion consult one more physician and get his opinion regarding above mentioned disease.
Good luck. D r. HET
